Brighton, England is just over 50 miles south of London on the coast of Great Britain. A nice place to escape the city for the day. Just beware of giant seagulls whilst eating ice cream and keep in mind that the beach is made entirely of rocks!

copenhagen | snapshots
Copenhagen is the capital of Denmark and its most populous city. Nearly a thousand years old, Copenhagen began as a simple fishing
village and a commerce center. It faces the Öresund to the east, the strait of water that separates Denmark from Sweden, and which connects the North Sea with the Baltic Sea. The Swedish towns of Malmö and Landskrona lie on the Swedish side of the sound directly across from Copenhagen.

Versailles the city, established in the late 1600s, is about 10 miles south-west of Paris. The Palace of Versailles, or simply Versailles, is a royal château in
Versailles in the Île-de-France region of France. There is more to see and do in Versailles than just the palace. There's a market, cute shops and patisseries where you can have a tarte aux framboises.
Random fact: The modern method of tennis scoring is said to have originated in the city of
Versailles.

london | hackney cafes
While living in Hackney, I've discovered an eclectic selection of cafes, shops and restaurants. These are a few cafes I've tried that are just a short walk from my flat. Sourdough with goat curd and honey, anyone?

Last week I spent a few days exploring the capital of the Netherlands. Amsterdam is the world's most bicycle-friendly city. In fact, the 780,000 people who live in Amsterdam own an estimated 881,000 bicycles. There's no point in visiting the city unless you discover the streets on a bike!
